Graduate Employees Organization

Welcome, new UIC graduate students! You may be here because you recently received an appointment letter explaining that as a graduate employee, you are part of a union. The GEO is a democratic union run for and by the graduate employees at UIC. Learn more about our history.

Last year, the GEO successfully negotiated our second contract with UIC administration.
